Privacy

The short, honest version of what happens to your data.

This is a small site run by one person. It collects very little, it never sells anything, and everything below is written plainly so you do not need a lawyer to read it.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Pratim Narayan Moitra, an independent tourism marketing consultant based in India. If anything here is unclear, email me at pratimxnarayan@gmail.com and I will answer myself.

What I collect, and only when you offer it

If you fill in the contact form, the audit request, or the checklist form, I receive whatever you type. Usually that is your name, your email, your organisation, and a short note about what you need. Nothing more. I do not ask for payment details on this site and I never will.

I also use Google Analytics to see rough numbers, like how many people visit and which pages they read. That works through cookies and collects general things such as your country, browser, and the page you came from. It does not tell me who you are.

The tools that handle it

Form messages are delivered to my inbox through Formspree, a form service that passes your message along to me. Analytics runs through Google. The site itself is hosted on Netlify. Each of these companies keeps its own privacy terms, and your data touches them only so the site can work.

What I do with it

I use what you send to reply to you, prepare your audit or checklist, and keep track of our conversation. That is the whole list. I do not sell your information, I do not trade it, and I do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.

How long I keep it

I hold onto your messages for as long as it makes sense for our conversation or working relationship. If you want me to delete everything I have from you, ask, and I will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask to see what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also turn off cookies in your browser, or use a browser setting that blocks analytics, and the site will still work fine. To make any of these requests, email me at pratimxnarayan@gmail.com.

Changes to this page

If I change how any of this works, I will update this page. The version you are reading was last reviewed in July 2026.
